What a bargain for a Sunday night! The young lady on the desk went out of her way to sort out our motorcycle parking as soon as we got there. The room had everything you could need too, including a power shower, heated bathroom mirror and a night light in the bathroom. Can’t recommend this enough….

I'd give this place a million stars if I could ! The people who run it are 2nd to none ! I can give Hassan Manager million stars for his service !!! And the night manager, very nice too, I didn't get his name, all staff, on phone with the global office when I made my original booking enquiry & every member of staff at this Hotel, absolutely faultless, not 1 complaint ! One of the best Hotel experiences I've ever had and the most competitively priced in the whole entire area ! Comfortable, relaxing room, scrupulously clean, nothing too much trouble to ask, windows opened fully as hot weather in August & so many other hotels have safely stoppers on windows so you can't get a breeze but here was lovely, cannot praise it enough, very happy here.

I chose this hotel purely for the proximity to the train station and price. I was so impressed with the level of customer service the staff provided, especially Ellie and Deena, that i quickly booked in advance for the rest of my working month. And convinced my colleagues to stay here rather than the Travelodge. Any issue was dealt with quickly and without fuss. Even changing rooms mid stay to a quieter room as I work nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower pressure was a pleasant surprise, as many hotels it's a trial to get wet without moving around. All in all it made for a great experience, and I would recommend Belvilla hotel for those wanting to stay in Crewe, with many amenities within a short distance.

A good location to stay for visiting family and football .Rooms spacious well equipped but the bathroom could do with a good clean towel rail very dusty and the shower lots of black mould but the water was a good temperature .

The hotel was extremely good value. The receptionist when I arrived, Hassan, was very welcoming and, discovering I was booked into a family room - which booking.com had offered me at a lower price than the other rooms so I had accepted - offered me a different room instead. He gave me a double with a balcony, for the same price. It was a lovely spacious room with a large desk space. The furnishings were smart, the en-suite was a good size, the decor was good and the balcony had two seats and a table. The bed was comfy. Everywhere was very clean. I did not eat at the hotel but the menu looked interesting. I used the parking which was easy to pay for, £7, I think for 24 hours.

I needed a room for a one night stay between trains. For the price it was clean and moderately comfortable. My AC broke several times throughout my time here, and without a window to crack it took learning how to clear the error code myself to make it bearable. The sheets were lightly stained, but nothing unreasonable considering it is a hotel after all. Overall it was a pleasant experience, I do wish some of the amenities worked better but it was safe and clean while being affordable. And for walking distance to the train station it was excellent.

This gets 5⭐ because of the price and room comfort. For hotels this cheap usually is terrible mattresses, old dated rooms. This hotel is on par with primier inn and about 1/2 the cost. It also has decent free wifi which is rare at this price. The parking is £7.

First time staying here - i turned up late up around 8pm. The receptionist was very friendly and passed me the room code. The room was impressive large clean and good decor. Good comfy bed and bathroom looked very modern. So welcoming and room 4 star decent hotel
